The protection of personal data is of great concern to LEFÖ. We process the data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions.
If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, the data you provide will be stored so that it can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, rectification, erasure, restriction and revocation. Upon request, we will provide you with information about which personal data has been stored about you.
LEFÖ’s address files contain only names, postal and / or e-mail addresses and no other sensitive data. LEFÖ has at no time purchased, exchanged or taken over third-party address files. LEFÖ has also at no time passed on its address files.
You have the possibility to give us your contact details via e-mail or contact form or to register on our lists of interested parties at LEFÖ events. You will then be informed about events, LEFÖ’s positioning or new projects and offers on an irregular or ad hoc basis.
Of course, consent can be withdrawn at any time. To do so, simply send an e-mail to info@lefoe.at.
Should anyone nevertheless be of the opinion that they are receiving e-mail from LEFÖ without personal consent, they can give us their consent in writing or revoke the sending. Upon revocation of the sending, the data will be deleted.
Please also inform us of any change of your e-mail address.
If you would like to be informed about the activities of LEFÖ, please write us an email to info@lefoe.at with your name. This is considered to be consent according to the new data protection regulations.
Server protocols
The server from which this website is provided stores information that is automatically transmitted to us by your browser in so-called log files. The following is stored:
- Visited website
- Time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- the source or the link through which visitors reached the website
- the browser used
- the operating system used
- the IP address used by the accessing device
- the HTTP response code
This data is used exclusively for the technical monitoring of the web server (utilisation, optimisation, error detection, security) and is necessary for this purpose. They are not linked to other data sources so that they cannot be assigned to individual users. The data is deleted after 9 days.
